Having this knowledge results in a much more detailed and accurate take-off due to the nuances and sizes found with different styles and manufactures of flooring products. This is what separates our take-offs from competition. You will receive much more than the quantities needed for the project. You will receive a breakdown of any detail or specification that impacted the take-off which allows you or your project manager to quickly identify any of these factors outside of the finish schedule/ finish plan that will impact the final net quantity figures per flooring type. With project management backgrounds, we can offer suggestions and catch any discrepancies in the plans that would not be possible without the years of project management experience. Your final take-off packet will offer suggestions that are product specific. This added feature has proven to be a wonderful tool for the project manager when putting the proposal together.

Making the process as easy as possible with these four simple steps
1) Upload your plans and fill out the estimate request form & the link
to the plans with the completed estimate request form-
2) We will assess the size and details of the request and have a quote to complete the take-off within 2 hours.
3) After you approve the quote, we will send you an invoice for the services and once we receive payment for the invoice, we will get to work on your project.
4) Rest Easy knowing you will have an accurate and detailed take-off from us from 24 to 48hrs* (this depends greatly on the size and complexity of the estimate)
